These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, whether you are a customer renting equipment or a supplier listing machinery. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account & Eligibility
  • You must be 18+ and represent a valid business to use the platform.
  • All users must complete KYC verification to access full features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Listing & Renting
  • Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy of machine details, availability, pricing, and condition.
  • Customers must confirm rental duration, pricing, and terms before booking.
  • All rental agreements are digitally recorded and legally binding.
Payments & Invoicing
  • SharedMachine facilitates payments between customers and suppliers.
  • GST invoices are auto-generated and made available in your dashboard.
  • Late payments or cancellations may incur additional charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellation policies are defined by individual suppliers.
  • SharedMachine will not be liable for refunds unless explicitly covered in the platform’s dispute policy.
  • Any disputes must be reported within 48 hours of rental start.
Platform Usage
  • Misuse, spamming, or uploading fraudulent listings will result in account termination.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass platform security.
  • SharedMachine may suspend or limit access for violation of terms.
Liability & Disclaimer
  • SharedMachine is a marketplace and not the direct provider of machines.
  • We are not responsible for delays, breakdowns, or site performance related to equipment use.
  • Suppliers and customers are encouraged to maintain independent insurance.
